1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to VectoUI. By accessing or using VectoUI's website, API, and official plugins for various production engines or frontend frameworks (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description & Tool Neutrality

VectoUI is a universal localized data compilation engine designed to automatically compile various data sources (such as local or cloud-based design files from Lanhu, Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, etc.) into UI assets and code for various target production platforms (including but not limited to Unity Prefab, Unreal UMG, Cocos nodes, Flutter/Web code, etc.). VectoUI only provides underlying data parsing, network routing, and code generation tools, and does not provide any cracking, illegal scraping, or reverse engineering services for specific third-party platforms.

3. Third-Party Platform Data Access & User Responsibility (Important)

When you use VectoUI with custom credentials (Token/Header, etc.) to connect and access any third-party data sources, you must acknowledge and agree that:

  • Legal Authorization: You must ensure that you have legal permission to obtain, access, and download data from the target platform.
  • Compliance with Third-Party Agreements: You commit that all your operations strictly comply with the target third-party platform's Terms of Service (ToS) and Privacy Policy.
  • Assumption of Responsibility: Any account suspension, service interruption, data loss, or legal claims resulting from your violation of third-party platform rules (including but not limited to unauthorized access, using irregular means to obtain credentials, high-frequency pulling, etc.) shall be entirely your responsibility. VectoUI and its development team assume no direct or joint legal liability.

4. Account Registration

  • Registration requires a valid invite code issued by an existing user or admin.
  • You must provide a real, accurate email address and are responsible for account security.
  • Each email may only register one account; accounts are non-transferable.
  • If you discover unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

5. Subscription Plans & Benefits

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Free: A free quota for trial users with a limited number of file compilations (exact number subject to system configuration), 1 device binding limit, permanently free, no credit card required.
  • Pro: For active developers — unlimited file compilations, up to 2 devices, full professional features. Available monthly or annually.
  • Ultra: For large projects and multi-device workflows — unlimited file compilations, up to 20 devices. Available monthly or annually.

Prices are displayed in real time on the pricing page. Early bird prices and discounts may be subject to quota or time limits as described on the activity page.

6. Payment & Billing

6.1 Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), a third-party SaaS payment solution provider responsible for securely collecting and processing your payments. By completing a payment, you also agree to Creem's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (as shown on the Creem checkout page). All prices are denominated in US Dollars (USD).

6.3 Payment & Benefit Activation

Upon successful payment, the corresponding subscription benefits are activated immediately and displayed in your dashboard. Digital goods are considered delivered upon activation.

6.4 Renewal & Auto-Billing

We do not set up automatic renewal. When your subscription expires, benefits will automatically downgrade to the Free plan. To continue using paid features, you must manually purchase a new subscription period.

7. Refund Policy

As VectoUI provides digital services, payment is considered delivery of the service. Therefore, refunds are generally not provided. However, in the following exceptional circumstances, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us via email:

  • A serious technical failure in the service that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe;
  • Your account is unable to access core features of the purchased plan due to confirmed system issues;
  • Duplicate charges or payment errors resulting in excess fees.

To request a refund, email support@vectoui.com with your order number, account email, and reason for the refund. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Transfer, rent, or sell your account, API Key, or subscription benefits to others;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or crack VectoUI software itself;
  • Use VectoUI as a tool to conduct malicious automated scraping, DDoS attacks, or bypass security protections of any third-party platforms;
  • Upload or process illegal content that infringes on others' copyrights or trade secrets;
  • Attempt to circumvent VectoUI's device binding limits or other usage quotas;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service in any way.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in VectoUI and its components (including software, underlying architecture, algorithms, UI, multi-platform official plugins, and documentation, etc.) belongs to VectoUI. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. After you legally process data you have permission to access using this Service, the automatically generated target platform code and asset results (such as UI prefabs for various engines, frontend code, etc.) belong to you, but do not include any proprietary components of VectoUI.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully meet your needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectoUI shall not be liable for any indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss (including data loss on third-party platforms) arising from use of the Service.

VectoUI's maximum liability is limited to the fees actually paid by you to VectoUI in the preceding 12 months.

11. Service Changes & Account Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with advance notice for significant changes.

If we detect a violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and significant changes will be communicated in advance via email or site announcement. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

13.1 Governing Law: Regardless of where you are located, the interpretation, validity, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, excluding any conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution: If any dispute, controversy, or claim arises from this Service or these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation via email (support@vectoui.com).

13.3 Arbitration Clause: If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days after the request for negotiation is made, the parties irrevocably agree to submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for final arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Centre in effect at the time of submission of the arbitration notice. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be Chinese or English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
