This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information when you use VectoUI products and services — including our website, API, and multi-platform production plugins (including but not limited to the currently available Unity plugin and other engine or frontend framework plugins to be released in the future). 2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and invite code collected during registration.
• Device Information: Device identifier recorded during device binding for authorization and device quota management.
• Usage Data: File processing counts, API call logs, subscription status — used for metering and service improvement.
• Payment Information: Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card number or complete payment details — only the order ID and status returned by the payment provider.
• Log Data: Standard server logs including request timestamps, IP addresses, and browser types.

3. Core Architecture & Data Processing Rules (Privacy Umbrella)

VectoUI employs an industry-leading "memory-level streaming, zero-persistence" security architecture:

• When you retrieve design data, all network requests are initiated directly from your local device to third-party data sources, with traffic never passing through our core servers.
• Parsing and compilation processes are completed in your local memory. Only the absolutely necessary structured code (excluding image files) is momentarily uploaded to our compute nodes for engine-level conversion.
• Burn After Reading: After compilation tasks are completed (generating target code or assets), all temporary intermediate data is immediately and permanently destroyed by the server, with no persistent storage created.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services;
• Process subscription purchases and verify account benefits;
• Send verification codes, account notifications, and service emails;
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats;
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

To support VectoUI's core operations and provide quality service, we share specific information with trusted third-party service providers only to the extent necessary. These third-party categories include:

• Payment Processing Providers (such as Creem): All subscription and transaction payments are processed by professional third-party compliant payment platforms. We do not access or store your complete credit card numbers or core financial information. Such information is directly collected by the payment provider and subject to their own privacy policy (such as creem.io).
• Cloud Infrastructure & Data Hosting Providers: We use industry-leading cloud servers and database services to securely store your basic account information and provide temporary memory-level file compilation computing power. These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements and have no right to access or use your data for their own purposes.
• Communication & Email Service Providers: Used to send you necessary system notifications, account verification codes, and service status updates.

Core Commitment: Beyond the underlying providers necessary to maintain normal service operation described above, we will absolutely never sell, rent, or exchange your personal information, account status, or any usage data to other third parties, nor will we use it for commercial marketing purposes unrelated to VectoUI services.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies to store your authentication token (JWT) to maintain your session. These cookies are essential for normal service operation. For various platform clients and plugin endpoints (such as Unity plugin, etc.), we use the corresponding local environment configuration of that platform (such as local cache or configuration files) to securely store your login state. Third-party credentials (such as tokens) you enter are also stored locally only. We do not use tracking cookies or cross-site advertising cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect login functionality.

7. Data Security

We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, password hashing (plaintext passwords are never stored), JWT authentication, and more. While we strive to protect your information, no system can guarantee 100% security. In the event of a data security incident, we will promptly notify affected users.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: View your account information in your personal dashboard.
• Correction: Update your display name, avatar, and other profile details.
• Deletion: Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Portability: Contact us if you need to export your data.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Account data is cleared within a reasonable period after you delete your account. Order records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations. Server logs are typically retained for 90 days.
